“In Buone Mani” è un progetto video commissionato da Regione Emilia-Romagna per raccontare il valore delle 44 produzioni DOP e IGP che rendono questo territorio un punto di riferimento europeo per la qualità certificata.

Qui viene offerto uno sguardo d’insieme sul patrimonio enogastronomico della regione, tra territori, persone e filiere nel cuore della Food Valley d’Europa. Parte di una collana più ampia di contenuti dedicati alle singole produzioni, le immagini trasformano numeri e certificazioni in storie autentiche e contemporanee.

“Crafted by Hand” is a video project commissioned by the Emilia-Romagna Region to showcase the value of the 44 PDO and PGI products that make this region a European benchmark for certified quality.

Here we offer an overview of the region’s food and wine heritage, including the territories, people and supply chains at the heart of Europe’s Food Valley. Part of a wider series of content dedicated to individual products, the images transform numbers and certifications into authentic and contemporary stories.
